Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges – Shipping to Spain and the Rest of the world is free. 

Shipment processing time - Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday), Transited time 3-7 business days(Monday to Saturday) for delivery in Spain, United States and United Kingdom. For the Rest of the World (International orders) 7-10 business days (Monday to Saturday) depending on location. 

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Madrid). Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.

 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between (Monday to Saturday). Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-7 business days(Monday to Saturday for delivery in Spain, United States and United Kingdom. For the Rest of the World (International orders) 7-10 business days (Monday to Saturday) depending on location.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

You don't have to pay any shipping charges for regular orders within Spain and the Rest of the world is free. 

 

By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 3-7 working days (Spain, United States and United Kingdom) and 7-10 working days for the Rest of the World.

 

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?

Steps Love Shop is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we are unable to ship to your postcode.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to provide shipping to countries other than Spain and the Rest of the world. International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Sorry currently we do not offer gift wrapping

 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Steps Love Shop. This email will include all the important details related to your order.
